Australiana, the magazine of the Australiana Society, is the leading journal for collectors, dealers, researchers and institutions interested in Australian decorative arts and design. Founded in 1978, Australiana is a must for all serious collectors.

Each quarterly issue of Australiana is 60 pages in full colour. We distribute copies to subscribers, media and others, and will send you a sample on request.

All Australian and overseas subscribers (supply 500 Copies) $660 inc gst

All advertising inquiries and copy are to be sent to the Advertising Committee (advertising@australiana.org.au) two weeks before the planned publication date of the magazine or two weeks before the desired date for the bulk email to be sent out.

Advertise via Email (eDM)

Electronic direct mail advertisements (eDM, sometimes called email blasts) to the Australiana Society membership are charged at the same rates as a full-page advertisement in the magazine.

Normally, an eDM will be a similar format/appearance ‘poster’ to a print advertisement but a much smaller file size and dpi. One that was sent out recently was a small size jpeg file (less than 1 MB), 72 pixels per inch, web-ready image.

The idea of a simple ‘poster' is the most practical, possibly with the whole image linked to a URL of the advertiser’s choice.

Please do not use PDF. Instead, please supply a JPG - a good standard format for our emails and most likely to be rendered in most email clients. Alternatively, if you are downsizing from a print format like TIF or EPS then we can easily convert it for you.

All advertising inquiries and copy are to be sent to the Advertising Committee (advertising@australiana.org.au) two weeks before the planned publication date of the magazine or two weeks before the desired date for the bulk email to be sent out.
